CCU Special Care Unit
This unit, utilizing the latest medical knowledge of experienced physicians and nurses along with advanced equipment, strives to provide the necessary medical and nursing services for cardiac patients and post-operative patients requiring CCU care at the highest quality level, 24 hours a day.
The unit has 13 active beds, each equipped with ECG monitoring, pulse oximetry, temperature control, blood pressure monitoring, oxygen supply, and central suction systems. The nursing station is equipped with a central monitoring system.
Medical and nursing care is provided effectively at preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitation levels in accordance with the latest scientific findings and standards to ensure patient satisfaction. In addition, an on-site and on-call cardiologist is available 24/7 to respond to patients' diagnostic and treatment needs.
In addition to medical and care services, special attention is given to educational programs in the CCU1 unit. Hospitalized patients and their companions receive simple and practical training regarding cardiac care. The training includes medication usage, activity levels, dietary recommendations, and surgical site care. Upon discharge, patients receive educational brochures for home care, and if nursing services or required equipment are needed, they can visit the nursing office to learn how to access these facilities.
